I purchased these on a whim and I am very thankful I did! I have searched and searched for a good quality Mary Jane style shoe, but they seem to be difficult to find in real leather. I have worn them several times, all day, since I received them and I only have experienced a mild amount of rubbing across the back of my ankle/heel, but I know this will go away after a few more wears. Most shoes such as this cut into the back of my ankles or caused a blister, so this is nothing compared to the usual. I would certainly recommend this shoe.
